Troop 7 Driver Information Form
The Scout Council requires that anyone who drives scouts to troop events have their current vehicle and insurance information on file with Troop 7. Every parent who plans to drive or has a remote possibility of driving to any troop event should fill out the form, below, and submit it in advance of driving scouts to an event.
You need to complete and submit this form at least once in every Troop 7 Program Year, and update the form if any of the information changes.
You'll need the following documents to complete this form:
- Your Driver's License
- Your Vehicle Registration Card
- Your Vehicle Insurance Policy
